*Contact and communications information such as your name, phone number, email address and child’s date of birth. We’ll also keep records of communications and interactions we have had with you.
We may also collect data about your child’s health, medical conditions or special needs when and where relevant.

*Administration of Hurst Children’s Theatre Group classes and related activities *Communication about our courses, terms, Performances, classes and clothing.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other organisations
We do however share some information with our registered accountants and the accounting software we currently use. All the necessary security measures have been checked and in place.
How long your information is kept
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for each purpose we use it, but for a period of 8 years after your last interaction with us (for accounting, tax reporting and record-keeping purposes).
